Well, I think they're trying to get them confirmed as quickly as possible. The Democrats hold up the confirmation like crazy. I mean, you get—I mean, you don't get one vote.

We could have George Washington. See that man right up there? [ Laughter ] He was good. See the other man? Ulysses S. Grant. See the other man? Abraham Lincoln. I'd say those are three top ones. If I put them up for nomination for a fairly routine position in the military, the Democrats would not give them one vote.

Now you could also look over there: Andrew Jackson, Thomas Jefferson, Ronald Reagan.

Monroe Doctrine. That's the Monroe Doctrine, as opposed to the "Donroe" Doctrine. [ Laughter ] They get them mixed up.

But I could take those three: Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, George Washington—and if I put them up in this modern era, they would get no Democrat support.
